The results of the 2025 Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Awards were recently announced. TEAI's project, "Key Technologies and Applications for On-device Multimodal Perception and Interaction," was awarded first prize in the Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award category.

The Commendation Conference for the 4th National Award for Excellence in Innovation was held in Beijing on May 30. Professor Yu-Gang Jiang was awarded the Certificate.

On February 2, 2026, the award ceremony for the 2025 Ho Leung Ho Lee Foundation Science and Technology Awards was held in Beijing. Professor Yugang Jiang was honored with the Science and Technology Innovation Award.

On January 27, 2026, The Institute of Trustworthy Embodied Artificial Intelligence at Fudan University hosted the unveiling ceremony for the Shanghai Key Laboratory of Multimodal Embodied Intelligence and the launch of the NSFC Creative Research Groups Project.
